LA is Forbes 10th most overpriced market
While job growth is fair and income growth is strong, Los Angeles ranks as the 10th most over priced place in the U.S. in 2005 according to Forbes. "The kicker for Tinseltown is that it's just so darn expensive to house and clothe yourself. Los Angeles is the one of the most expensive cities in North America, according to the "2005 Cost of Living Survey" from Mercer Human Resource Consulting." (Forbes)
